A pleasant, light-filled entrance hall leads naturally to this poetic courtyard, the true heart of the home. From this outdoor space, you access the various living areas: a cozy living room with a lovely fireplace, a laundry room, and a separate kitchen (which also has its own external access via a staircase on the façade) extending into a charming dining area.
Upstairs, the living spaces are elegantly laid out: a bright main room features a mezzanine bedroom and an adjoining shower room; there is an additional bedroom, as well as a character-filled suite complete with a bathtub and a private terrace.
The house also benefits from air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort in every season.

The department of Vaucluse is bordered by the Rhone river to the west and the River Durance to the south. Mountains dominate a significant proportion of the eastern half of the department, with Mont Ventoux (1,912 m), also known as ’the Giant of Provence’, overseeing the landscape.
Other important mountain ranges include the ’Dentelles de Montmirail’, the ’Monts de Vaucluse’, and the ’Luberon’ made famous in the books by Marcel Pagnon. Fruit and vegetables are cultivated in great quantities in the lower-lying parts of the department, on one of the most fertile plains in southern France.
The Vaucluse département has a rather large exclave within the Drome department, the canton of Valréas (Enclave des Papes).
Fontaine de Vaucluse, source of the Sorgues, characterised by an upward movement of water from the depth of over 315 metres (1,033 ft).
Vaucluse is also known for its karst, including the karst spring Fontaine de Vaucluse after which ’Vauclusian Risings’ are named.
Important urban centres include Avignon, Orange, Carpentras, Cavaillon and Apt.
