REDUCED in price - This former farmhouse, Longere style property, consists on the ground floor of five rooms that are more or less connected to each other. You enter a large room with fireplace (247 ft2) with a smaller space on the left (139 ft2). This is connected to a second room (118 ft2). From this room and the entry room, you access a large and bright (living) room (247 ft2). This has a beautiful parquet floor and a door to the garden. The windows and doors on this side have been renewed (PVC).

Behind the entrance room is a corridor/hall, where you'll find a toilet and in the corner the stairs to reach he attic. The attic is a large open and uninsulated space. The floor is wavy. Should the area be converted into extra rooms, it would be better to re-align and replace the floor as it is 'wavy'.

Adjacent to the house is a large barn. You can also enlarge the habitable area in the barn. In the garden a former porch with bread oven. This section also hides the central heating system.

A cellar is located under a part of the house, only accessible from the garden.

The garden can be reached via the living room and via the door in the hall. There is also a well. The plot is approximately 12916 ft2 (1,s00 m2) and is flat. At the rear, the garden borders on meadows and you sit quietly with a panoramic view. There are a number of trees for the shade.

The garden can also be reached via the side entrance.

At the front the house is adjacent to the main road.

There is no kitchen or sanitary, other than the toilet. You will have to sacrifice one of the rooms to create a family kitchen, bathroom and (extra) bedrooms.

The amenities are a few minutes walk from the house. You will find a bakery, butcher, supermarket. There are several restaurants.

The large supermarket is to be found in Uzerche, which provides a lot of shops and restaurants or in Magnac Bourg. Both at about 10 minutes' drive. Masseret has its own train station, which gives good access to Limoges centre.

The airport is to be reached within 40 minutes' drive.
