The country house with pool: Fully renovated 30 years ago, the country house of 450 sqm stands majestically in the middle of the property and overlooks its own lands and landscapes of Luberon Park.

The house offers a living space more pleasant with large living rooms, 5 bedrooms and Provencal cuisine. The country house is also home to an independent house of 150 sqm, also in very good condition. The country house faces north, on a porch with garden area, south of a beautiful swimming pool (16x6m) and a pool house of 30 m² offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

A small house of 85 sqm, stone built, can serve as a caretaker's house.

The department of Vaucluse is bordered by the Rhone river to the west and the River Durance to the south. Mountains dominate a significant proportion of the eastern half of the department, with Mont Ventoux (1,912 m), also known as "the Giant of Provence", overseeing the landscape. 

Other important mountain ranges include the 'Dentelles de Montmirail', the 'Monts de Vaucluse', and the 'Luberon' made famous in the books by Marcel Pagnon. Fruit and vegetables are cultivated in great quantities in the lower-lying parts of the department, on one of the most fertile plains in southern France. 

The Vaucluse département has a rather large exclave within the Drome department, the canton of Valréas (Enclave des Papes).

Vaucluse is also known for its karst, including the karst spring Fontaine de Vaucluse after which "Vauclusian Risings" are named.
